Salary Scale
💰 PL 1 – 2025 Salary Scale
Rs. 40,500 – 62,530 per month
The salary is paid according to Management Services Circular No. 01/2025.
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Applicants must have:
- Sat the GCE Ordinary Level Examination
Physical Fitness
Applicants must:
- Be physically and mentally fit to perform assigned duties
- Be able to serve anywhere in Sri Lanka if required
Other Requirements
Candidates must:
- Be citizens of Sri Lanka
- Be of excellent moral character
- Meet all qualifications before the closing date of applications.
Age Limit
Applicants must be:
- Not less than 18 years
- Not more than 45 years
The age limit will be considered on the closing date of applications.
Conditions of Appointment
- The post is permanent
- Selected candidates will undergo a three-year probation period
- After successfully completing the probation period and passing the First Efficiency Bar Examination, the candidate will be confirmed in service.

Selection Method
Candidates will be selected through a structured interview conducted by a panel appointed by the appointing authority.
