Job Description

The Welder Fitter will be responsible for performing welding tasks, supporting maintenance operations, and ensuring machinery and equipment are properly maintained in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform welding work using MIG, TIG, or Arc welding techniques
• Assist in repair and maintenance of factory machinery
• Ensure all welding work meets safety and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with maintenance teams
• Operate efficiently in shift-based work schedules

Candidate Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in welding or related field
• Hands-on experience in MIG / TIG / Arc welding
• Ability to work on shift basis
• Strong teamwork and reliability

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures
