Warehouse Operator – Haleon Lanka (Pvt) Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Safely unload, load, and transport materials within the facility. Ensure that only clean and properly labeled materials are issued to production
• Equipment Handling: Operate material handling equipment BT Stacker safely to ensure both safety and compliance with operating procedures.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for departmental systems and processes.
• Data Entry: Ensure prompt and accurate data entry for the receipt, inspection, and issuance of raw and packaging materials. Maintain timely dispatch of all receipts and issuing transactions.
• Coordination: Control and coordinate the availability of raw and packaging materials to manufacturing operations, ensuring strict adherence to the first-expiry, first-out principle and effective inventory control.
• Stock Management: Ensure real-time posting of all stock transaction in the system to reflect true inventory balances.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L), G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L), or a relevant Diploma.
• Warehouse Management Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management or a certificate in storekeeping management.
• Equipment Handling: Experience in handling powered industrial trucks.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with warehouse management systems, particularly SAP.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in warehosue, with a demonstrated track record of achieving results.
• Additionally, experience in engineering material handling will be considered an added advantage.
