Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- GCE Advanced Level qualification in any stream.
- A diploma-level qualification from a recognised institute in Supply Chain Management, Stores Management, or Accountancy.
- At least three years of experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience working in an ERP environment.
- Age above 30 years.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in both Tamil and Sinhala.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment, integrity, and sense of responsibility.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Batticaloa or its surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the warehouse team effectively.
- Ensure timely deliveries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective inventory control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulations.
- Oversee the smooth, efficient, and effective functioning of warehouse operations.
- Coordinate warehouse activities to support timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
- Support operational efficiency and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
