Job Description

CR Engineering Consultants & Constructions is looking for a motivated Trainee Supervisor to support site operations and learn construction supervision practices. The selected candidate will work closely with engineers and supervisors to assist in managing daily site activities.

This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily construction site activities
• Support engineers and site supervisors in project execution
• Learn and follow construction procedures and standards
• Help monitor site progress and report updates
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
• Assist in coordinating site teams and operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• NCT / HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Willingness to learn and adapt to site operations
• Basic understanding of construction processes (preferred)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and commitment
• Good communication skills
