Job Description

KPMG is looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager with a strong consulting or finance background to join its Management Consulting team. The role involves working closely with clients to transform finance functions, optimize processes, and improve business performance.

This is a client-facing role offering exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic projects, and strong career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver finance transformation projects including diagnostics and implementation
• Analyze and improve finance operating models and core processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Planning & Budgeting)
• Perform financial analysis, modelling, and business case development
• Manage project timelines, delivery quality, and risk mitigation
• Engage with clients and support business development initiatives
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Support internal administrative and operational activities

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Professional qualification such as CIMA / ACCA / CA (Completed)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (added advantage)

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years post-qualification experience in consulting or finance roles
• Experience in areas such as Finance Operations, Controllership, Internal Audit, or Transformation
• Strong financial analysis and Excel modelling skills
• Knowledge of finance processes and accounting principles
• Experience in process improvement and control frameworks
• Ability to prepare executive-level reports and presentations
