Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection activities including CV screening and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding and HR documentation processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Provide support for employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and filing procedures.
• Assist with day-to-day HR administrative duties.

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Human Resource Management or part-qualified in CQHRM or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
