The Urban Development Authority (UDA) is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Technical Officer for the Sethsiripaya Stage III High-Rise Office Complex Project.

This role is ideal for individuals with technical expertise in construction, engineering support, and project execution within a large-scale government infrastructure project.

🎓 Required Qualifications

Option 1:

• Diploma / Higher Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related field)
  (recognized by a government-approved institution)

Experience:

• Minimum 02–04 years of experience in construction, engineering, or technical support roles

Option 2:

• NVQ Level 5/6 or equivalent technical qualification

Experience:

• Relevant hands-on experience in engineering or construction projects

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and project managers in daily site operations
• Supervise construction activities and ensure quality standards
• Prepare technical reports, site records, and documentation
• Monitor materials, equipment, and site safety compliance
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams
• Support project implementation and troubleshooting
