Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate receiving operations by checking, verifying, and recording incoming B2B products for quantity, quality, and documentation accuracy.
• Manage and monitor B2B dispatch operations to ensure timely and properly documented delivery of goods to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of goods inward and outward to ensure traceability and transparency across operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports including:
  • Receiving reports
  • Dispatch reports
  • Discrepancy reports
  • Pending orders
  • Operational performance metrics
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure inventory alignment and data accuracy.
• Prepare staff rosters, monitor attendance and overtime, and maintain updated operational records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma in:
  • Transport & Supply Chain Management, OR
  • Information Technology
• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in:
  • Warehouse operations
  • Transport management
  • Supply chain operations
  • Distribution center environments

Skills & Competencies

• Strong English communication and report-writing skills
• Good understanding of warehouse operational processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Ability to coordinate effectively across teams
