Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure the company attracts top-tier talent:
Recruitment Strategy: Execute the talent acquisition plan with transparency and accuracy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Candidate Sourcing: Source and engage qualified candidates for open positions to ensure recruitment KPIs are achieved within agreed timelines.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sourcing pipeline and a future-ready talent pool.
Employer Branding: Represent LB Finance at career fairs, university events, and other employer branding initiatives.
Assessment & Selection: Leverage multiple assessment tools and modern technologies to ensure fair and objective candidate selection.
Due Diligence: Review employment applications, conduct background checks, and provide hiring recommendations.
Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process while continuously enhancing the candidate experience.
Analytics: Produce and maintain a talent acquisition dashboard to track key recruitment metrics.
HR Support: Assist and coordinate wider HR projects as and when required.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals who meet the following requirements:
Education: A degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Industry Knowledge: Previous exposure to the financial services sector will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and modern recruitment technologies.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
Mindset: A results-driven mindset with the capability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Integrity: A high level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
