Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ or equivalent qualification in CAD drafting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD drafting
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD/ZWCAD and Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel
- Past experience in preparing cadastral survey plans, government project drawings and construction project drawings is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- CAD drafting of cadastral survey data, engineering survey data and construction project survey data
- Drafting and preparation of cadastral survey plans, including boundary schedules and narrations
- Preparation of drawings and plans for government projects, including submission drawings and related documentation
- Preparation of drawings for construction projects, including setting out plans, contour plans, cross sections and as-built drawings
- Client and consultant coordination and communication necessary for service delivery
- Physical and digital data, records and file management
Required Skills
- AutoCAD / ZWCAD drafting
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail in survey drawings
