Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising construction labour.
• Proven experience in road construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Ability to coordinate daily site activities efficiently.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in remote project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily road construction activities.
• Manage and coordinate construction labour on-site.
• Ensure work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor workforce productivity and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project management teams.
• Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards at the project site.
• Report daily site progress and operational issues.
