Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• NVQ Level 4 (Civil) or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of total work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in road construction projects.
• Sound technical knowledge of civil construction practices.
• Ability to work effectively in project-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in the execution and supervision of road construction projects.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work quality meets project standards.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Maintain technical records, reports, and site documentation.
• Support project planning, material inspections, and quality control activities.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical issues.
