Company Overview

Diana is a long-established FMCG manufacturer in Sri Lanka with a history spanning over four decades in the food industry. The Group produces a range of biscuits, chocolates, wafers and snack products for consumers in Sri Lanka and international markets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of FMCG warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing and transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate recording of all inventory transactions, including GRN, transfers and dispatches, in ERP/SAP.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy by comparing system records with physical stock.
• Coordinate with production, procurement and sales teams regarding stock movement.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting of warehouse activities.
• Conduct and monitor daily and weekly stock checks and reconciliations.
• Track slow-moving, non-moving, damaged and near-expiry stock.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance through system monitoring.
• Prepare inventory reports, discrepancy reports and stock summaries.
• Follow up on pending SAP entries and approvals.
• Support internal and external audits.
