Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in stewarding, kitchen operations, or a similar role within the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
- Fresh candidates with a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply
- A qualification in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily stewarding operations
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure food safety compliance
- Work closely with the Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to ensure timely availability of clean utensils, crockery, cutlery, cookware and kitchen equipment
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, food safety, hygiene standards, and the proper handling of kitchen equipment and chemicals
- A dependable team player committed to maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
- Structured and proactive approach, prioritizing kitchen tasks and maintaining quality standards
- Meticulous attention to hygiene standards
