Qualifications & Experience
First Steward/Waiter
- At least 1 year of experience as a first steward in a similar-level hotel
- Good English proficiency
Steward/Waiter
- Basic English is required
- Experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
Chef
- Previous experience in Western and local style cooking, joining the existing kitchen team of a chef and a kitchen helper
- Prior experience in a similar-level hotel and sufficient English would be an added advantage
Kitchen Helper
- Prior experience and communicating in basic English would be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
First Steward/Waiter
- Lead the team of stewards/waiters and run the department under management guidance
- Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
- Maintain the high standards of daily housekeeping requirements of the villa (guest rooms and public areas daily)
Steward/Waiter
- Efficient housekeeping; take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
Chef
- Cook Western and local style dishes as part of the existing kitchen team
Kitchen Helper
- Clean and support the cooks/chefs with whatever is necessary
Required Skills
- Friendly personality and good communication skills
- English proficiency as stated for each position
