🎯 Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. You will help customers celebrate special moments through premium jewellery collections.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide product knowledge & styling advice
• Assist in product selection and deliver a personalized shopping experience
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities (networking, social media, outreach)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat sales
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Handle billing, POS systems, and maintain accurate sales records
• Support showroom operations and visual merchandising
• Coordinate with finance teams for reporting and documentation

🧠 Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience (jewellery or luxury fashion preferred)
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication in:
  • English
  • Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)
• Knowledge of POS systems and billing processes
• Basic computer literacy and numerical skills
• Friendly, confident, and team-oriented personality
