Ferentino Tyre Corporation (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team. The position is based in Ampara / Anuradhapura and offers an opportunity to contribute to construction projects while advancing your career in quantity surveying and project quality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare and verify BOQs, measurements, and payment certificates.
• Monitor site quality inspections and maintain QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality and contractual issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QS functions within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Quality assurance
  • Quantity surveying
  • Contract administration
  • Project documentation
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
