🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end performance of Employee Banking Proposition
• Lead strategy development and execution aligned with retail banking goals
• Design and enhance banking value propositions (salary accounts, lending, lifestyle benefits)
• Build and manage corporate partnerships & HR stakeholder relationships
• Drive cross-sell & upsell strategies (cards, loans, deposits, insurance)
• Execute go-to-market strategies & employer branding campaigns
• Improve onboarding, servicing & customer experience journeys
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards
• Present business performance reports and strategic plans to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years experience in:
  • Banking / Financial Services / Corporate Solutions
• Strong exposure to:
  • Consumer Banking / Sales / Liability Products
• Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
  (MBA or professional qualification is an added advantage)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Corporate client needs
  • HR ecosystems
  • Employee banking solutions
• Experience in managing product ecosystems & partnerships
• Strong stakeholder management & leadership skills
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong analytical & data-driven decision-making ability
