🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize plant downtime
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections for equipment reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth plant operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Maintain detailed maintenance records, reports, and inventories
• Support supervisors in daily power plant operations

🎓 Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / NVQ Level 5 or above
• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Experience with turbines, generators, or similar equipment
• Experience in mini hydro power plants (advantage)
• Basic understanding of Electrical & Instrumentation systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel and work at power plant locations
