Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage intercompany accounting processes end-to-end.
• Handle detailed general ledger (GL) account and budget ownership, including analysis and forecasting.
• Lead and develop team members by providing guidance, reviewing work, and supporting on-the-job coaching.
• Drive process improvements and value-adding financial analyses while leading system enhancement and project initiatives.
• Support business decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, and insights.
• Monitor accounting functions of assigned outlets, collection centers, and training centers to ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations.
• Review, validate, and maintain ageing accruals and provisions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualifications

• Reading for or pursuing a strategic-level qualification in:
  • CA
  • CIMA
  • ACCA

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Prior experience in:
  • Intercompany reporting
  • Financial reconciliations
  • External auditing
    will be considered an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate confidently with cross-functional teams
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and improve processes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
