Epic Technology Group is seeking an elite professional for the role of Senior Business Analyst to join their team and become a domain expert in Fintech.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysis & Modeling: Actively play a vital role in business analysis activities, including problem analysis, process modeling, and stakeholder analysis.

• Requirements Gathering: Interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business and system requirements using various elicitation techniques.

• Documentation: Review solution proposals and technical artifacts, including Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Software Design Documents (SDD), and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).

• Product Development: Develop product roadmaps by collaborating with technology and business stakeholders, and contribute to the conceptual design of end solutions.

• Solution Validation: Oversee Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities and assess the validity of proposed solutions.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct client presentations, user training, and product walk-through sessions.

• Bid Support: Assist in preparing responses to EOIs, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.

Requirements and Competencies

• Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in the Business Analysis discipline.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Information Systems from a recognized university.

• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience working in the Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI) or related operations is an added advantage.

• Product Management: Demonstrated experience in product management initiatives, including Design Thinking and New Product Development (NPD) practices.

• Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive multiple products in parallel.

• Professional Certifications: Certifications such as IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IREB CPRE are highly preferred.
