• Resolve commercial and contractual issues with customers and suppliers
• Support business growth through client acquisition and retention

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• ✔ Degree or Diploma in Logistics / Freight Forwarding
• ✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
• ✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
• ✔ Knowledge in freight operations (air/ocean)
• ✔ Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset
