🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts & P&L statements
• Monitor revenue, costs, and departmental performance
• Handle accounts payable, receivable & general ledger functions
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
• Ensure compliance with audits, statutory requirements & internal controls
• Liaise with auditors, banks & external stakeholders

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• ✔ Degree in Accounting / Management
• ✔ Completed AAT or pursuing professional qualifications (CA / CIMA / ACCA)
• ✔ Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• ✔ Strong communication & teamwork skills
• ✔ Good analytical & problem-solving abilities
• ✔ Candidates living within 30KM from Matara preferred
