Job Description

Serendib Imports, a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality flexible hoses and hardware solutions, is expanding its team and seeking a results-driven Sales Manager.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer relationships across Sri Lanka.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership skills and proven experience in industrial or hardware sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team across multiple regions
• Identify new business opportunities in flexible hoses and hardware products
• Build strong relationships with industrial clients, OEMs, contractors, and distributors
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role (hardware industry preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Good understanding of industrial markets and customer relationship management
