You will be responsible for achieving sales targets within assigned territories, managing customer relationships, and executing sales strategies for cosmetics and related products.

• Achieve sales targets within assigned territory
• Manage and grow customer relationships
• Execute sales and distribution plans
• Ensure revenue targets are met
• Work according to company sales policies
• Deliver excellent customer service

👤 Candidate Requirements

• 🎓 G.C.E A/L qualification
• 📊 Minimum 3+ years experience in sales (Cosmetics / FMCG preferred)
• 🗣️ Fluent in Sinhala & English
• 💬 Strong communication skills
• ⚡ Ability to work under pressure
• 🎓 Higher education is an added advantage
• 📍 Preference given to candidates from Ratnapura
