Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Full or part qualification from a recognized professional institute will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, insurance, banking, financial services, or a related field will be beneficial.
• Experience in customer relationship management and business development will be an advantage.
• Candidates should have a strong interest in achieving sales and business development targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Bancassurance products at partnered bank branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
• Convert leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Work closely with partnered bank branch teams to generate business opportunities.
• Educate customers about insurance products, benefits, and services.
• Address customer inquiries and provide effective after-sales support.
• Follow up with customers to support policy retention and renewals.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and banking partners.
