Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; healthcare sector experience is an advantage
- Age below 35 years
- Trainees and school leavers will also be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Manage admissions, customer registrations and appointment scheduling
- Handle incoming calls professionally, screen and direct them appropriately, and record accurate messages
- Coordinate with doctors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless communication
- Manage billing processes, including invoicing, payment collection and maintaining accurate financial records
- Maintain updated and accurate records and system information
- Provide exceptional customer service and support at all times
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English, Sinhala and Tamil
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work late hours and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Pleasant personality and strong team-player qualities
