Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in student counselling, overseas education, visa processing or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of global admissions processes, visa regulations and scholarships
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study abroad options, program selection, application procedures and visa requirements
- Conduct one-on-one and group sessions to assess academic goals and placement suitability
- Liaise with overseas universities, embassies and relevant stakeholders to facilitate admissions
- Assist and coordinate visa processing and ensure timely submission of documents
- Track applications, maintain accurate records, and provide timely updates to students and parents
