Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in purchasing or procurement
- Familiarity with Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field is considered an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, goods and services in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Negotiate prices, terms and contracts with suppliers
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier networks
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate supply for operations
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Review and approve purchase requisitions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
