Qualifications & Experience

• Suitable educational and professional qualifications in a relevant field.
• Experience in procurement or a related field would be an added advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics and SAP ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical ability to monitor timelines and control processes independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor PR to PO conversion and ensure that all Purchase Requisitions (PR) raised by departments are promptly converted into Purchase Orders (PO).
• Follow up on deliveries and proactively coordinate with the central outsourced supply chain team to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
• Independently control and monitor the work of the supply chain team to maintain smooth procurement operations.
• Identify areas for improvement in procurement workflows and implement best practices.
• Evaluate and update supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management.
• Maintain and report procurement dashboards.
• Maintain documents required for quality certifications.
• Monitor procurement timelines and ensure that processes are properly controlled.

• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics and SAP ERP is an added advantage.
