Job Description

We Are Hiring! Ninewells Hospital (Pvt) Ltd is looking for Pharmacists and Assistant Pharmacists.

Ninewells Hospital is a specialised Hospital in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Paediatrics and Neonatology, with an excellent credibility and proven track record in Sri Lanka’s private healthcare sector. With a main focus on woman and child care, we are seeking skilled individuals to be a part of the Ninewells family.

We have vacancies for the following positions:

1. Pharmacists

Entry Requirements:

• Age: Below 45 years.

• Registration: Qualified Pharmacist with Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) registration.

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Hospital or Community Pharmacy.

• Knowledge: Good knowledge in Pharmacy operations and pharmaceutical practices.

• Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to do patient counseling.

  • Excellent computer literacy & analytical skills.

2. Assistant Pharmacists

Entry Requirements:

• Age: Below 35 years.

• Registration: Registered in Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) for the external pharmacy examination.

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Hospital or Community Pharmacy.

• Knowledge: Good knowledge in pharmacy practices.

• Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

  • Good computer literacy.
