Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s Degree in Hospital Management or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of hospital systems, regulatory compliance, and healthcare administration.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the hospital’s day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery and an outstanding patient experience.
- Coordinate with clinical and support departments to optimize operational efficiency and patient flow.
- Monitor operational performance and implement initiatives to improve service quality and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Lead operational teams and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve the hospital’s strategic objectives.
- Drive operational excellence while maintaining high standards of patient care and customer satisfaction.
