Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s Degree in Hospital Management or Business Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of hospital systems, regulatory compliance, and healthcare administration.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the hospital’s day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery and an outstanding patient experience.
• Coordinate with clinical and support departments to optimize operational efficiency and patient flow.
• Monitor operational performance and implement initiatives to improve service quality and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Lead operational teams and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve the hospital’s strategic objectives.
• Drive operational excellence while maintaining high standards of patient care and customer satisfaction.
