Qualifications & Experience
- Passed Finalist or Chartered Member of ICASL, CIMA or ACCA, or a B.Sc. Degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognized university
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in manufacturing, sales or marketing, with at least 2 years specifically in Internal Auditing
Key Responsibilities
- Audit strategy and governance: develop and execute annual risk-based audit plans, ensuring full regulatory compliance and strong internal control frameworks across all facilities
- Risk assessment and asset protection: identify operational and financial risks, audit plant and commercial processes, and provide practical recommendations to protect corporate assets and improve efficiency
- Team leadership and reporting: direct the audit team, conduct special reviews, and present clear audit findings and action plans directly to Senior Management and the Board Audit Committee
Required Skills
- High IT literacy with advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Access or Power BI for deep data analysis, reporting and decision-making
- Strong accounting, mathematical and analytical capabilities
- Highly organized, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills across all levels
