🎯 Key Requirements

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or related field
• 🧠 Minimum 5–8 years HR experience (including 2–3 years in managerial role)
• 🏥 Experience in hospital / healthcare sector (added advantage)
• 🔐 Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• 📊 Strong knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel & reporting)
• ⚖️ Good understanding of labour laws & HR compliance
• 🧩 Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills
• 🗣️ Excellent communication & organizational skills
• 📍 Candidates near Colombo / Gampaha preferred
• 👤 Male candidates below 45 years preferred

💼 Job Responsibilities (Implied from role)

• Manage overall HR operations & employee relations
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Handle recruitment, performance management, and reporting
• Maintain HR documentation and confidential records
• Support management with strategic HR decisions
