Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, completed or currently following.
- Preferably below 28 years of age.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to assigned management and business-related activities.
- Support marketing and business administration functions.
- Assist with customer relationship management and business development activities.
- Participate in presentations, negotiations, and customer engagement activities.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Carry out assigned duties responsibly and work effectively under pressure.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala.
- Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure.
