Ceylon Tapes (Pvt) Ltd, a member of JF Packaging PLC, is inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee – Production. The company is a leading manufacturer and supplier of adhesive packaging tapes serving both local and international markets for over 30 years.

Management Trainee – Production

📍 Location: Ekala, Ja-Ela

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Executing production plans and achieving departmental targets
• Maintaining production quality standards
• Leading and motivating production teams to achieve operational goals
• Monitoring and improving production processes for optimal output
• Maintaining production-related records and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
• Coordinating with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance activities
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and SOP compliance

Required Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Material Science
  • Or a related industrial manufacturing field
• Good computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as a team player

Additional Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership and coordination skills are preferred
