Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Passed GCE A/L Examination
• Two years experience in:
  • Production supervision
  • Manufacturing supervision
  • Coconut-related products manufacturing (added advantage)
• Skills in:
  • Team leadership
  • Scheduling
  • Communication
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and forecast solutions in a high-speed production environment

Preferred Areas

Preference will be given to candidates living around:

• Kurunegala
• Natthandiya
• Kuliyapitiya
• Pannala
