Job Description

The Management Trainee will support daily business operations while gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and business management. This role is designed to develop future leaders by providing exposure to different departments and practical business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily retail and online sales operations
• Support the sales team in achieving targets
• Handle customer inquiries both in-store and online
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Participate in cross-departmental training programs
• Learn and apply sales strategies and management practices
• Prepare reports and assist in business decision-making

Requirements

• Fresh graduates (Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
• Strong interest in sales, retail, and e-commerce
