Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka is inviting applications from qualified Sri Lankan candidates for the post of Management Assistant.

Position Details

Management Assistant

• Organization: Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (IRCSL)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Sector: Administration & Office Management

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative and clerical support
• Maintaining office records and documentation
• Assisting in data entry and report preparation
• Coordinating office correspondence and communication
• Supporting day-to-day operational activities
• Assisting management and departmental staff in administrative tasks

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L)

• Passed in six subjects in one sitting with credit passes for:
  • Sinhala/Tamil
  • English Language
  • Mathematics

AND

G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)

• Passed three subjects other than the General Paper

Experience Requirements

Preference may be given to candidates with:

• Experience in office administration
• Computer literacy and MS Office knowledge
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

Ideal candidates should have:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of office procedures
• Basic accounting and record management knowledge
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Age Limit

• Applicants should be below 40 years at the closing date of applications.
