🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Handle general maintenance and minor repairs
• Attend to daily maintenance requests across premises
• Inspect and maintain facilities to prevent breakdowns
• Support renovation and improvement work
• Perform handyman tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry basics)
• Work independently and meet deadlines

🎯 Qualifications & Requirements

• ✔ Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in maintenance or handyman role
• ✔ G.C.E. O/L or equivalent qualification
• ✔ Technical / vocational training is an advantage
• ✔ Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
• ✔ Responsible, hardworking, and reliable
