Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in island-wide logistics coordination, customer service, or order fulfilment in FMCG, home furnishings, luxury goods, or hospitality will be highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and order fulfilment across the island
- Handle customer service and manage multiple orders and priorities under tight timelines
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP / CRM systems
- Proactive, responsible and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities under tight timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Sinhala and English; Tamil is an advantage)
