🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📂 Maintain and manage legal documents & deeds
• ✍️ Draft, review, and finalize deeds accurately
• 🏢 Handle land registry documentation & follow-ups
• 📊 Maintain statutory registers and regulatory filings
• 📑 Manage lease agreements (renewals & tracking)
• 🔒 Ensure proper document control & confidentiality

🎓 Requirements

• ⏳ Minimum 5 years experience in:
  • Legal administration
  • Conveyancing
• ✍️ Strong practical experience in deed drafting (essential)
• 🎓 Legal-related qualifications (added advantage)
• 🧠 Strong organizational & attention to detail skills
• 🤝 Good communication and coordination skills
• 🔐 Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
