Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in mechanical engineering projects, internships, or product development environments
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, or SolidWorks
• Understanding of engineering drawings, tolerancing, and GD&T principles
• Exposure to mechanical integration of electronic assemblies and structural components will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of heat dissipation methods, airflow concepts, and thermal considerations in product design is preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing mechanical enclosures, components, assemblies, and systems using CAD software
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
• Support product development, prototyping, and testing activities
• Conduct engineering calculations and performance analysis
• Collaborate with senior engineers, production teams, and quality departments
• Participate in troubleshooting mechanical issues and proposing solutions
• Ensure designs comply with safety, quality, and industry standards
• Assist with project planning, reporting, and progress tracking
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and engineering processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of simulation or analysis tools such as ANSYS and MATLAB
• Exposure to quality standards and maintenance practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
