Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Relevant academic qualifications in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields
• Sound knowledge of 3ds Max, Revit, SketchUp, Revit plugins, and rendering software
• Strong architectural visualization and 3D development skills
• Ability to independently develop realistic 3D visualizations
• Interior designing skills will be considered an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years of working experience with a proven track record
• Ability to work effectively as part of an architectural team

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D images and conceptual videos for house designs
• Develop realistic architectural visualizations within given timelines
• Support company marketing and project presentation requirements
• Collaborate with the architectural and design teams
• Produce detailed and visually appealing rendering outputs
• Maintain quality and creativity standards in all visualization projects

Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to LKR 130,000
