Qualifications & Experience

External Candidates

Applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Law
  • Commerce
  • Accountancy
  • Finance
  • or another relevant field recognized by the UGC

Internal Candidates

Applicants should satisfy one of the following:

1. Have obtained the qualifications required for external candidates

OR

2. Completion of minimum five (5) years satisfactory service in a Management Assistant Non-Technical (MA1) Grade II post relevant to the subject area

Age Limit

• Minimum: 22 years
• Maximum: 45 years

(The upper age limit will not apply to internal candidates.)

Salary & Benefits

Salary Scale

JM 1-2 Rs. 74,010 – 10 x 1,360 – 18 x 2,040 – 124,330
