Qualifications & Experience
- Full or part qualification in a Degree / Diploma related to Logistics
- Previous experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on shipment clearance and 3PL operations
- Communicate with customers and provide timely updates on shipment and delivery status
- Coordinate with air lines, shipping lines and internal teams
- Prepare, check and collect required documents for clearance and delivery arrangements
- Follow up on shipments, deliveries and other operational activities to ensure timely completion
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, PR and negotiation skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office and email/internet)
- Language skills (English and Sinhala), both oral and written; Language skills in other languages would be an added advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary of LKR 50,000 (negotiable)
