✅ External Candidates

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Commerce

• Intermediate qualification in:
  • ICASL
  • CIMA
  • ACCA
    OR
• Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (SLIATE)

✅ Internal Candidates

• Same qualifications as above
  OR
• Minimum 5 years service in:
  • Associate Officer (MA-3)
  • Management Assistant (MA 1-2 Grade II)

👤 Age Limit

• 18 – 45 years (external candidates)
• No upper age limit for internal applicants

⏳ Probation Period

• External: 3 Years
• Internal: 1 Year
