Key Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration from a recognized institute
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HR-related work
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Experience conducting selection interviews for junior-level staff
• Hands-on experience in Training & Development, including designing training materials and conducting staff training
• Experience in safety and compliance according to legal requirements
• Hands-on experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Experience managing compensation and benefit documentation such as ETF & EPF
• Good knowledge of current labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and relationship management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• NGO sector experience will be considered an added advantage
