The selected candidate will handle payroll processing, employee records, recruitment support, and administrative coordination while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle payroll, attendance, and employee records
• Support HR operations, recruitment, and onboarding activities
• Coordinate administrative and employee welfare activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Maintain effective communication with employees and departments

Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should possess:

• Degree or professional qualification in HR or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in apparel manufacturing
• Knowledge of payroll processing and HR practices
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel
• Strong communication and coordination skills
